This is a delicious refreshing soup straight from the farm to your table at Francesca’s. It’s perfect for our hot weather. Gold watermelons, fresh ripe tomatoes and cucumbers with a hint of spice. As always farm-to-table produce means the best tasting, ripest fruits and vegetables. Chef Ernie Estrada’s recipe is easy to make at home too.
