I absolutely love to cook—started when I was a kid. When Mike and I first married I cooked all the time… French cuisine was my favorite. I have two giant Julia Child cookbooks with many a frayed page. Then motherhood and a demanding full time career intervened and fast food, quick easy meals became the norm.
Now that I’m not working the crazy hours of a news anchor and reporter, I am spending more time back in the kitchen. This recipe section is a work in progress. Expect it to grow—a lot!
Also, it’s a place where you’ll find some great recipes from some of my favorite San Antonio restaurants. Enjoy!
