Watermark Grill’s Char Su Barbeque Sauce

In mixing bowl add all ingredients blend well. Refrigerate overnight and use as a glaze for fish or meat or as a sauce. If using as a sauce you might want to add a few drops of water to the mixture to thin down .Heat in sauce pan and spoon over fish or meat.

Ingredients
3/4 cup Hoisin sauce
½ cup Soy sauce
½ cup Rice wine vinegar
1/3 cup Honey
1 tbsp Sugar
