Pescadito a la Tanji

I’ve heard from viewers who named their child “Tanji”, someone who named their cat “Tanji” and even once had a shoe at Julian Gold named after me, but I don’t think I’ve ever had a fish dish christened with my name before. I am thrilled (and relieved) to say it’s delicious!
