Butter, olive oil and chicken broth-a trifecta for cooking this incredible pasta dish.

The food at Tuscany inspired Barbaresco’s is delicious. The Casareccia d’Abruzzo is a pasta dish from central Italy that’s prepared in olive oil, butter and chicken broth – can you say Bravissimo!
