Morton's Key Lime Pie
Desserts at Morton’s are the best so save room! This recipe for their Key Lime Pie is so easy, and it’s delicious. Remember when you dine at the restaurant, take home what you don’t finish. Their desserts go great with a little morning coffee. Enjoy!
Morton’s of Chicago: Key Lime Pie

| 1 | Ready-made 10-inch graham cracker crust |
| 1 | Egg white |
| 2 cans | Sweetened condensed milk (14 oz size) |
| 6 T | Sugar |
| 1 cup | Egg yolks (about 14) |
| 1 cup | Lime juice |
| 1 cup | Heavy cream |
| 2½ T | Powdered sugar |
Preparation
Preheat electric oven to 375ºF. Brush inside of crust with egg white; bake for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, sugar, egg yolks, and lime juice. Pour into crust and bake for 30 minutes or until center is firm. Cool; refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours. In a large bowl, whip cream; add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Spread over pie. Garnish with lime rind. Makes 8 servings.
