Must do New Years Resolution - A beer dinner

I always thought of myself as a Michelob Ultra gal until I ventured out and tried the incredible beer dinner at Pavil.

Sure it’s fabulous to pair wine with your meal, but have you ever tried pairing a different style beer with every course? I tried it recently for the first time at Brasserie Pavil where they do a monthly beer pairing dinner.

I had a great time (I love Pavil) – the food was incredible and although I drink wine much more than beer, I thoroughly enjoyed trying the different beers with the different courses. Plus, I learned a ton about beer!

I HIGHLY recommend these. The next one is Tuesday, January 5, at 6p. The cost is incredibly reasonable $45 and includes the beers and a five course meal.
