Delicious Summer Salad

What a great time of year to visit Gruene, TX just outside of New Braunfels on the Guadalupe River. Whether you’re hungry after a fun day on the river or if you’ve got a large group of people and want a great place to hang for a few hours, head to the Gristmill Restaurant. Incredible food, wonderful atmosphere…cold drinks!

The Gristmill chef shares the recipe for their marinated tenderloin salad… one of my very favorites.
