Hi everyone and welcome to Good Taste! I call her La Maestra – Blanca Aldaco is known for her incredible food at Aldaco’s Stone Oak and her award winning margaritas. I love to go to Aldaco’s, sit on her incredible patio with a view of all of San Antonio and sip on her spectacular ‘zesty’ margaritas. Fresh squeezed lime juice, Partida tequila, Cointreau and a slight kick of spice. Watch how she makes them — better yet, let’s go here for dinner!
