Princess Diana was quite a lady…mysterious at times, mischievous but down to earth and lots of fun. That’s what I hear from her former personal royal chef. I had the enormous pleasure of cooking with him recently and hearing more fun stories about the delightful princess.

Her favorite dessert is the most incredible bread pudding you’ll ever taste. The Princess’s chef, Darren McGrady actually let me help him prepare the buttery delight…. Enjoy!
